In collaboration with our GLOBAL ECONOMIC RE-ENGINEERING partners (an economic re-engineering firm based in Munich, Germany), MX2 Capital as Integrators, Collaborators & Promoters, is spearheading the formation of HAMBALANG Ecocity Development
Hambalang will be modelled after the 3Z’s Economy (Zero-waste, Zero emission & Zero-toxicity) adapted by The Global Climate Change Initiative’s (GCCI) for smart green city economic sustainability.
A COMMUNITY ECO SYSTEM WHICH WILL TRANSFORM THE WAY WE LOOK AT GREEN CITIES OF TOMORROW
Hambalang, an area in West Java Province that borders directly south of Jakarta, is an ideal location for the first GCCI smart eco-city and for several reasons:
- The only large 9,000ha undeveloped land mass within 60km south from central Jakarta
- Away from bustling, congested & stifled Jakarta & elevated 350m above sea level when 40% of Jakarta is below sea-level and hit with annual monsoon floods.
- Hambalang will be a centralised residential living/retail with medical/healthcare park, education, recreational/ entertainment, industrial & transport hub.
